Where can I find out what the Foundation funds ?   Grants are given in the Foundation's fields of interest through a program division encompassing the broad areas:

• technical assistance and capacity building;

• training and scholarships

• infrastructure construction

Does the Foundation give scholarships?   Yes, but generally through other organizations.
